Flexible low-modulus for treated metal and technical composites

ADERIS© 8364 is a low-modulus adhesive offering you high peel and shear strength on a large number of treated metals such as galvanized or electrogalvanized steel and anodized aluminium.

The properties of our product are suitable for semi-structural bonding of a large number of materials and offer users the possibility of dismantling an assembly by simply cutting the joint.

Flexible peel-resistant bonding

Our innovative, globally-patented technologies have enabled us to develop the ADERIS© methacrylate adhesives range, these products could be used to produce thick joint bonding to metals, composites, glass and thermoplastics.

These grades offered will avoid any major stressing of the bonding interfaces thanks to their performances which produce low shrinkage with elongation at break. The product also enables the differential expansion forces of materials bonded over significant lengths to be absorbed.

his flexible, low-modulus treated bonding range offers you high shock and vibration resistance, even under extreme weather conditions.

Thick joints and vertical applications

Our ADERIS© 8067-8068-8069 product portfolio offers high peel and shear strength on a large number of materials with significant joint thicknesses. The technology of our adhesives enables you to apply a thick adhesive bead vertically up to 50 mm over extensive service temperature ranges.

Our range enables structural bonds to be produced and guarantees high reliability, particularly for the assembly of dissimilar materials – metals, composites, thermoplastics and glass.

The three grades we offer have very low shrinkage with an elongation at break sufficient to avoid any major stressing at the bonding interfaces. The multiple performances of our products enable the differential expansion forces of materials bonded over considerable lengths of several metres to be absorbed.

Our adhesives have high shock and vibration resistance, even under extreme weather conditions.

Nautical bonding applications

Our adhesives are highly resistant to impact and vibration, even in extreme weather conditions.

Bonding of treated metals whitout primer

Our ADERIS© 8164-8264 methacrylate adhesives offer you high peel strength and shear strength on a large number of treated metals such as galvanized or electrogalvanized steel and anodized aluminium, thanks to several of our associated technologies.

Our products have very low shrinkage with an elongation at break sufficient to avoid any significant stressing of the bonding interfaces and will enable you to produce thick joint bonding to materials such as metals, composites, glass and thermoplastics.

Polyvalent structural bonding

Our versatile ADERIS© 8041-8042-8043 structural bonding range is specially designed for bonding small surfaces and applying a fine adhesive bead, and meets the demands of high shear stresses

Our products will ensure good in-use performance thanks to a high modulus with low elongation at break.

This range is designed to adhere to common thermoplastic materials (with the exception of polyolefins), glass, composites and crude metals.

Collage structurale polyvalent
